Ivy brings with her over 18 years in Human Resource Development in public and private sectors in Singapore and overseas and in mentoring youth. Ivy has been engaged in community capacity building work since 2001, in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and India and currently serves as the Director of Serve Our City.

With over 20 years of experience in working with youth, Mark is a passionate mentor and well-loved by young people all through different ages, backgrounds and nationalities. A civil engineer by training and practice, Mark has spent over 10 years in community engagement work, serving the elderly and needy in the neighbourhood through feeding programmes and tuition centres for primary school kids. His love for the community extended to seeing young people live full and vibrant lives, and now serves as the Campus Pastor of Every Nation Church Singapore.

Martin holds a Master in Education from Boston University and brings with him over 23 years of experience in the HR and training field. Prior to his current position as the Principal Learning and Development Specialist in Civil Service College, he was also the Section Head at Nanyang Polytechnic School of Business Management, winning much favour with his students in the 6 years he was a lecturer there. Martin’s current portfolio includes developing senior managers as workplace mentors in the civil service.
