“Very thankful that Michelle my mentor… took time out of her busy schedule to catch up and encourage me when I had difficulties in the workplace. She never once downplayed my problems as an intern. Also thankful for a newfound friendship through this mentorship program!”

“(My mentor) was a good listener and validated my concerns in how he listened … he also provided very concrete advice on what to do in interviews. His responses helped to alleviate my anxieties and allowed me to realise what I was going through was normal… Having a mentor helps a person to process feelings of frustration at work more productively. ”
